Unlike traditional Letting Agents who use a High Street location and open only during office hours, Perfect Move have one central management contact centre which deals with all Landlord/Property Owner and Tenant enquiries, rental collections, maintenance issues and the general day to day management of our properties. We have an automated system whereby all enquiries can be dealt with using our online facility. Immediate access to all documentation is a click away using our unique automated system. We use a network of approved letting agents throughout the UK to market vacant properties, however we carry out all reference checks ourselves using one of the leading Referencing Agency in the UK. Each tenant will undergo a comprehensive credit check, employer and previous landlord references will be collected and a bank check will be carried out. Once the tenant has been approved and paid the necessary payments (usually one months rent in advance and one month’s security deposit) they will be issued a tenancy and we will continue to manage your property.
